| A week of meetings and hotel rooms. Boring and no exercize. 241 lbs. Just up a bit. Hurry up spring, I need to get more outside activity.
Last year I pushed for those 10,000 steps a day as much as possible using the treadmill on cold days, this year not so much. Sure makes a difference in holding your own.
Activity may only be a small percentage of weight loss but add it up over 3 months and it'll make a difference. | |
