Eastern Half of Kansas
Wayne brings up good point, there can be all the hay in the world in Ashland but the guy 10-15 miles out of town may have lost his feed pickups or even tractors. If he has his pickup, that would be hauling 10-20 miles with 2 bales. My neighbors have went to 8 miles south of bucklin which is 25 miles from Ashland. They dropped off at this guys place, he or a neighbor had a tractor but these two pickups were on same farm. They were unloading for themselves and neighbors as a distribution point. Bucklin drop was day to day hand to mouth when Ashland was stocking up a week ago. I think Ashland feed and seed is trying to send guys straight to ranches to unload also. Please offer. We've hauled out one semi load of hedge post we cut donated T post and wire. We've got another load of hedge and steel post to go in next week or two.
