Not sure on the question.  Are you asking how much per AU is land in an area?  That is the only true apples to apples comparison and would make yours $24K-$32K CAD ($18K-$24K USD), pretty much middle of the road for down here, can easily reach $30K.  Anything truly under $10K is a good deal and hard to find.  Have to be under $10K to have any hope of financing most of it.
