Take closing wheel off planter, take six bolts out. Lay closing wheel on two 2x4s'. Use bolt and put back through closing wheel bearing. Hit with hammer 5-10 times. Don't kill it but not taps. Wheel pops apart. This was on a white 6000, but should work on JD 7000, most Kinze and white 6&8000 series. And others if bearings are similar.
