North Central Illinois | The clutch was replaced when the engine work was done. Aside from that, the owner mentioned no major repairs. The cab is in fairly good condition. Nothing broken or missing, but everything showing some wear. The owner claims to have records of the engine work, but I haven't seen them with my own eyes yet.
Tires are 70% or better, but it does not have duals.
As for the nicer cab on a Series III, the only tractor I have had with a "cab" is a Belarus that dad bought without any glass in it. I slap plexiglass on it in the winter to keep out the wind, so any cab from the late 70's on will feel like a dream. | |
