Subject: Earlage with a 6950 Deere SPFH

We want to start chopping earlage in addition to doing high moisture corn. We have a Deere 6950 SPFH (with KP) and we are on 20 inch rows. Does anyone know for sure if we can pick up and run a 12 row, 20" corn head. This would be the same width as an 8 row, 30" corn head but heavier.

We don't want to buy one or convert one until we know if our machine can handle it. We would rather run a 20 foot head slow than a 15 foot head fast if possible.
