What does it cost to have 2-3 ton of lime applied? Here it's reasonable, that's cheap compared to poor bean yields. Here you could probably get it done for $30-40 an acre, 3-4 bushel of beans. It will pay back in one good bean year, have seen it happen where an elderly landlord wouldn't buy or wasn't in position to buy it and we had spread it year or two before.
