candor ny
It will respond well to 100lbs but won't carry the season. I was talking to a older seed salesman and we got on the subject of reed canary grass and how he saw a trial once where 700 lbs was applied through a season and it handled it and thrived. Had something to do with waterway seedings he said. But I would and do apply for first and second and manure the 8 acres on wet ground I have it on really old stand but get 4 cutting most every year off it and its NY hill ground where four cuttings is not common practice.
