Wife works for an orthopedic surgeon and says business increased greatly when people started buying them. We had one and yep daughter has a pin in her arm now because of it. If you get one the most important rule is ONLY ONE PERSON ON IT AT A TIME. Oh and get the safety net that goes around it.
