Couple of things to check.
.
1. Are the cab air bags inflated and adjusted so it does not bang on the bump stop?
2. Are the front cab bushing bad?
3. Are the cab shocks bad?
4. Is the under cab stabilizer bad?
5. Are the frame suspension air bags inflated and have a good ride height?
6. Are the frame suspension shocks bad?

6. Rear shocks are new. I'll replace fronts tomorrow.
