most of that annual service charge i am guessing goes to pay for access to the mobile networks they use. It is the cheapest cell phone I have anyway. My reasoning was I have to only save 1 bull calf and 1 heifer calf to recoup initial investment and one calf a year for annual return. I have one for 140 dairy cows, but calf all year round not a big slug at any point in time.
