I realize that organic isn't for everyone, but the post below got me thinking. Say you have two small dairies, one conventional, one organic. With everything held constant (debt load, ability to grow high quality forages, land availability, management ability, etc) is there any production level where a 60-120 cow conventional dairy can produce the margins an organic dairy can?
