I own all the equipment to feed and take care of cows. Do all the calving and night checks. Set up and AI all cows. The only thing provided by the owner of cows is pasture, pays vet bills and AI bull semen. Currently getting 18% of the calf crop. Is this a fair deal, thoughts.
