Provides a clean line of demarcation, although I suppose you could jump the sitting bench pretty easy and not change shoes.
Depending how you have been handling biosecurity in the past, the Dutch bench could be the very minor part of the changes, how are you to handle mortality movement, bringing in med's and other necessities? These could be the pain in the butt parts.
Depending on how your barns are set up working on electrical issues(mostly fans) could be interesting, and feedline/ bin issues could be real fun.
