The Kansas Livestock Association is the best way to go. They did this last year in Comanche County after the Anderson Creek Fire. It works. This is our producer organization.
Too much work to reinvent the mechanism when there is a group already set up. I understand your skepticism but the KLA is the way to go.
They will need to rebuild all the fences. That takes a lot of money.
Wildfire donations? Dollars or hay?
