I bought a round (all they had left at the store I stopped at ), almost looks like a flat to me anyway, yea we put ours in a crock pot in the morning and cook all day then about mid day wife puts the cabbage and potatoes in with the meat and let it all slow cook together, I really like corn beef and cabbage so does the wife , and we often wonder why do we only eat this meal once a yr. if we both like it??
