south west iowa | We have had one for going on 3 years now. Looked at putting a scales on it when we got it. But central city scale gave me a cost and it was more than we gave for the feeder. So we just timed how long it took to fill a 5 gal bucket and weighed the bucket then just run it as long as the lbs you wanted to feed. But we love the feeder. I have bad shoulders and 5 gal buckets just kills me. If you have muddy lots it pulls hard when its full. We pull it with a JD 850D 4x4. | |
