| Do you support the Gov. mandating the use of VFD's in order to use feed grade antibiotics ? We're told the cross over resistance threat is real and thus the mandate. So if the threat is as real as they say, then why do they not mandate COOL or at least prohibit imports from countries who do not meet such standards. If this truly keeps our consumers safer then shouldn't they have a right to know they're consuming safe food. Sad part is much of the beef we import is ground and diluted with our so called safer beef. I mean surely the Gov. isn't just pulling our leg about consumers need for VFD's...............are they ? Anyone but me think the Government talks out of both sides of their mouths ? | |
