would make for a half hour or so project when your not busy and your at the county seat(courthouse).
Tell the register of deeds your legal and you want the deed recording info from way back. Even cooler if you find a copy of the deed when your family came on board,,,then frame that for xxxx wall.if you have an office wall,,,perfect
While your in the right book might as well look for FIRST deed ever on that land,,,probably signed by a president!!!!
