S.E. Iowa | Son and a friend grew some rye together 50/50. Friends grandpa had rye too. They weighed it all individually and combined it. They hauled it {one truck load} to get cleaned. Son and friend sell their portion, could have sold more. A guy said he wanted what was left several hundred bushels. Things appear to fall apart for this guy . He doesn't get things done and now has grandpas clean rye in his wagon. He send my son a text and asks where to put the rye because he needs the wagon. Code for I am not paying for it. The boys and grandpa really don't have nothing to do with it and it has been sitting outside {tarped}. Next "sale" opportunity would be in fall. Son hasn't responded back and understandably is PO'd. | |
