Don't mean to hijack this thread but also have interest in building a barn of similar size to feed Holsteins. Anyone ever heard or seen a deep pit cattle barn with power ventilation? (Tunnel or crossvent) Or have a reason why this won't work? Seems like if pig guys can do it should be justified for cattle also. Especially Holsteins and in northern country. SE MN here.
