NE KS | You never said if it was planted. Is it possible to find another renter, or for renter to sub-lease to another farmer? This could be option if renter doesn't want to break the lease and/or loose the ground.
I think the lien would be good option if growing crop exists. Not sure how well they actually work if renter is in truly bad shape and decides to put grain in someone else's name to hide it. | |
