They are called Piss Suckers up here, if you don't separate them they can easily cause hernias and from drinking the urine all the time, they start to look like the little african children with pot bellies and terrible hair coat, eyes don't look healthy and they won't be healthy overall. Plus they won't think much of your milk. Individual pens, bucket holders for milk and grain and a little holder for grass hay or put it in the corner so they can't lay on it. They can still suck faces, but they grow out of that, especially when they get older and bunt harder. Stuff starts to hurt so they'll avoid sucking. Plus, they won't suck ears when it's cold either. Looks like it might be too late for the one. He's showing signs of crinkled ends, they may or may not fall off. Not the whole ear, just maybe a couple inches or so. If they don't fall off, good chance they will stay crinkled. Our results from past years anyways.
