Eastern Shore of MD | I dont know what the price is of the package (it might be at a good discount) but shop around before purchasing. The CNH 'package' is nothing you can't buy elsewhere. And also know that the camera on the P4 is not a camera that is just off the shelf (think GoPro) like the older Phantoms used. This one is permanently (for the most part) mounted and for what your looking to do will be great.
The P4 and DroneDeploy are both great products IMO.
