| I bought this bigger around and long summer sausage that relly looked and smelled wonderful. It was hung outside the meat case from the top at our local Hyvee.
Its great tasting,almost seems double smoke strength.
Problem is no matter how I try cant get the skin(all natural casing it says) to peel off. It comes off if you work hard on it only in spots about half a dime size at a time,,,one layer at a time and several layers thick. Any thing that helps the cause?
