This just sums up what's wrong with the world today. Almost sickening. do tell. This sounds fact filled.
1.7 million mile truck. When was the steering axle last rebuilt? Front brakes, tie rods, steering box, pitman arm, bearings , rear suspension, rear brakes, drive line, carrier bearings, u joints, 5th wheel? All this stuff costs money to maintain. Or are we just gonna put her on the road and hope and prey something doesn't fall off and run it in the ground farther. 5 miles or 100,000 a year it's you that covers the cost and liability. I bet that truck would be red tagged off the lot on a level 4 inspection right now. That's a wholesale price. The guy selling didn't put a dime in it. That's up to you the buyer.
