Murphy's law. Stuff is going to tear into to some extent no matter what but I think it's still worth it in some situations.

Inline vs individual isn't going to really change your risk if one is broken into. Primarily just going to lose in the spot where it's broken. Won't spread down the line of bales.

Individual will add a lot of cost in plastic and more time to cut off and deal with getting rid of it. Slower process to wrap it too.

Here you can rent a machine to wrap for like $3/bale.
