I too, was missing a lower molar for about 10 years. Thought I could go with out it. Dentist convinced me to get is done and I'm very glad I did. Feels like a regular tooth. Would do it again if it was needed. I couldn't see grinding down two perfectly good teeth for a bridge. Little more expensive but worth it.
