Hennepin, IL | If you connect directly to the iPad from the 1200 it will map all of the layers that the 1200 will export. Population, singulation, spacing, downforce, date (which is kinda pointless), and probably a few others that I can't think of. For users with a single Incommand monitor, the essentials license basically only gets them the cloud and data transfer functionality. You can still manually transfer data like you have in the past. Where the essentials license becomes handier is when running integra or versa displays because that allows an indirect link from them to the mobile app if that makes sense. An Incommand can be connected directly to the mobile app, whereas the integra/versa would have to be connected to the cloud (could even be via the cell plan on the ipad), and then the mobile app will pull the data from the cloud. I believe this is all correct, but I admit I'm not 100% up to par on agfiniti either.
The other situation that the essentials license is vital for is with display cast. Obviously you need the cloud and transfer functionality for display cast to be of any value. | |
