Have a big wad of cash and keep playing with it Infront of the seller. Keep repeating "scince I'm here and your hear and this cash is here let's make a deal". Make comments about how the coolant level is an eight of an inch below the line. And how you can buy the exact same thing closer to home in better condition for less money. Use this tactic at your own risk. Had a guy try it on me. I found it funny and anoying at the same time. He still ended up paying what I wanted.
