It means that zero hedge is not worth the time spent reading it. Shows lack of insight into topics they know nothing about to stir the pot. Investing 10 billion that returns 30 is not stupidity. That is not to say that their is not fat in projects and everything is subject to scrutiny.
the government is making money now? Spend ten and get 30?
