You guys have no clue how difficult it is to deal with OSHA rules and regulations. I deal with it everyday. I've sat through a bunch of hours of training. OSHA won't deregulate things but Trump's organization might slow them down on making new regulations. look at your operation and see how many little things you could do to make it somewhat safer but would be a pain in the butt to do and slow you down, that's how OSHA sees the world. And yes Abomb that bin would be a confined space, main reason being it's not meant to be inhabitable by humans on a regular basis, the little crapper in the back room is.
