Butterfield, MN | Are you saying that the touch screen isn't very responsive? Would you say that the unit is just really slow to respond, or is the touch screen going out? It should click each time you tap the screen so you know if it is knowing you tapped it or not. Was it the glue that holds the actual magnet inside of the metal housing for it? That magnet is available, so you could probably just buy it instead of sending in the whole antenna, unless there was additional damage done to it. I had to look this up another time, it's 418-0000-013 for the magnet. Should bolt on in place of your old one. | |
