In the organic system, corn insect pests are going to be the Achilles heel. Moving over 12' ain't sufficient rotation. As far as edge row yield effect, I often can only get 3/4 of the way around the field picking the edge rows before the hopper is full, where I can get all the way around on the next 4 rows.
