NC ND | I'll make a guess that it will come in around $70 an acre. Kinda tough country with all the sloughs and wet weather we have been having. Been alot of CRP coming out in that country, and alot of ditching done with excavators the last couple years. There is also alot of wildlife easements around there. Have been in some fields right in that area, haven't farmed over there, would guess 115 bu corn, 50 bu wheat 30 bu soys would be good numbers to use for budgeting. Then it gets wet and your yields go up for harvested acres, but drown out equals 30% in a couple of rain storms. That's in general, not neccessarily pertaining to this land. | |
