Material is heavy going thru the auger. All my buddies use a 40ft auger, I tried using a 60ft and it was to long, kept plugging so had to shorten it.
Belt trailer dumps barley hulls in swing hopper, welded a pipe fitting on auger tube for tanker to pump syrup in. Kinda poor mans way of mixing it, but it works.
