Looks like it's infected. I would bet it is a result of getting some E coil from mud and manure in the navel or mouth that just overwhelmed the amount of colostral antibody it got. Lucky if its just in one eye.
I would dose it up with some kind of antibiotic so it doesn't come up with infected joints in a couple days.
What is causing this? -pics
