Not really we all have cancer most of the time our immune system takes care of it.  Now that "we" are living longer more and more people die from Cancer instead of something else.  If you live long enough you almost assuredly will get some form of out of control cancer.  Really there are two natural things that will kill you cancer or heart failure.  On top of that it wasn't too many years ago when people had no idea when someone died from cancer, it isn't anything new though.  Read up on Abigail Adams and her death from breast cancer over two hundred years ago.
