To me, with basically no law experience, sounds like you have enough of a concern to risk $200 for an hour meeting with your lawyer. He may tell you you're nuts, but at least then you know.
Dec. 1st. Notification for termination of contract is law in Indiana. I know of a few fellows that own land not to far from you that rented ground out just like your landlord is about to do. The landlords ended up having to paying previous renter after all was said and done. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CALLING YOUR LAWYER. |
