Ever put one in the oven on the broiler pan? Put it a couple of spots down cause the top one gets hot, real hot real fast. You can also broil with the oven door cracked open on the first notch(better than charred crispy steak for me.) Makes it cook a touch slower. Makes the kitch a little smokey tho.

This is how I do ALL my frozen french fries,,,start them on bake for 15 minutes and finish off on broil for 5 minutes to make them a touch crispy instead of soggy. Best part is NO oil. Would think about as healthy as a baked potatoe!!!

It works best (for steaks) if its too cold, snowy, windy etc for the outside grill. It is FAST cooking so dont walk away too far,,,or get distracted on NAT. SET the timer
