Real scenario being considered for a regional area. One benefit to the OEM is to have direct contact, training, etc. with the end customer. In the Internet age you can chat, configure, price, buy on-line and have delivered to your door....for less cost. If you have a product good enough to sell itself you don't need a dealer. Some of you buy used equipment, sight unseen, from someone you trust.
