make one almost every morning for my 16 yr old daughter;frozen banana,micro 20 seconds or just so you can get the peel off,some frozen mixed berries,some greek yogurt usually vanilla and some milk,blend,add some honey if not sweet enough,frozen bananas get dark when frozen but they are fine inside.they are good!
