First off, you can change the default browser to what ever you want.  Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome Mozilla Firefox are the big three.  One way would be to go to the File option and look for Export.  Then you can export all your settings and put the file on a thumb drive and move it to your new computer where you would import them.  Another option (and the one I prefer) is to use Firefox or Chrome.  I'll speak about Chrome because I use it all the time but firefox is similar.  In Chrome you can sign into it with your Google/gMail account and have it save all your settings (bookmarks, passwords, browsing history, etc.)  It will then sync these items to all the browsers you are signed into.  I use it on my phone, ipad, laptops and desktop computer and always have the same information on all of them.
