I wonder why the government ever decided that ag employers were exempt from overtime laws? Are ag employees somehow not worthy?
In California the newest law is overtime after 8 hrs per day and 40 hrs per week previously since the depression it was overtime after 10 hrs per day and after 60 hours per week for AG workers.
