E.Central MN | Pretty likely this ethanol plant was planned during the Obama administration and assumed a continuation of energy policy under Hillary. All bets are off now. Probably a lot of uneasy backers looking for an easy way to the sidelines, at least until they get assurances to the contrary. And those assurances would have to be written in stone, a late night tweet from on high probably wouldn't be enough to satisfy a nervous bunch of bankers. | |
