For years it was called the Feb break.  Add in any pressure from Insurance spring discovery period.  Lots of conspiracy theories on that.  Ag Economist Glen Grimes had a saying years ago.  "Beans don't stay over $10 very long".  Lots have changed since that statement. But it stuck in my mind.
