SW WI | Glad to hear you are on some weight training for your knee. It should help some and good streatching before and after should loosen the quad, which will help flexibility of the knee. I have had a sore knee for the last year was always afraid to run for fear of hurting it more, so then I would gain a few pounds and my knee would hurt a little more. Catch 22. Finally went to the doctor a month ago and he said no damage to the knee just arthritis. Yeah. The best thing is to loose weight. Nothing I do will cause more damage just do what I can do with the pain tolerance. So that is why we joined the group and decided to go all in and behave. It has been working good Mike is at 200.2 and I'm at 205.4. The belt is definitely loosening. Thanks for all the encouragement. | |
