We are in the process of doing the same thing for my department. We've actually found a complete rig(purpose built fire apparatus) we're working on getting bought. It will end up being cheaper than we could put our own rig together for and actually give us more capability because we aren't trying to cheap out on equipment and cobble things together to meet a budget.
