Is the Kentucky Bluegrass a species that you eventually want in your grass stand? If so, why would you kill that off this year? If not, spray away.

Since you're planning on grazing this year, I'd plant a mixture of broadleafs and grasses. Let the cattle control your grass instead of the herbicide.
