Electrically you should be able to. Old MT flow meters used a two wire system, newer one use a hall effect sensor so they are 3 wire. The MT control valve is generally plumbed in bypass which should be OK. The ON/OFF valves should work with an adapter.

With all that being said, I was never that fond of the MT flow meters or control valves. They are cheaper and for a reason. I would jump ship and go with the Raven counterparts.
